Road Construction Labourers

Genco Asphalt Inc. is a privately owned, operated and family based Road Construction Company. Genco is seeking Full-time General labourers/ Road Construction Labourers from Estevan and Weyburn area to join our team. Our approach to work is centered on quality and safety. All employees must follow Genco's policies, practices, and procedures. We offer a competitive compensation package. Must be willing to submit a drivers abstract upon hiring.

Key Duties Include

• Actively participating, promoting, and engaging in the Company's Safety Policies.
• Communicating information clearly and effectively. Working as part of a team.
• Listening and carrying out instructions diligently, and speaking up when instructions are unclear.
• Willingness to travel between jobsite's, and work over-time when needed.
• Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• PME Experience is an asset.
