Fountain/Pueblo, CO 80817 - Adult, G-tube, Seizures, Sat-Sun-Mon, Day shift 6.5 hours, 7am-1:30pm, LPN: $26-$27, RN: $32-$33
Peyton, CO 80831 - G-tube, Trach, Sun, Sat days, Mon-Fri nights, shifts 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am, LPN: $24-$26, RN: $32-$34
