The RN’s on 4EA play a key role in providing the highest quality of patient care while the patient is in at Union Health . 4EA (Medical Maximum Care) is a 32 bed medical-surgical unit. This unit provides care to patients who are admitted for a variety of acute and chronic medical illnesses. 4EA specializes in taking care of renal patients. It is also step-down ventilator unit that collaborates with respiratory to provide patients with continued care that they need before they can discharge.
