Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a RN - Gen Med for their Peoria, IL location. Responsibilities:
+ Works at the highest level of licensure by providing quality competent care, following best practice standards, working to achieve care goals and quality outcomes, and following the standards of care set by the state board of nursing.
+ Provides effective leadership in the delivery of quality nursing care by assessing, planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions and collaborating with the patient to implement their plan of care.
+ Maintains confidential status of medical records and maintains documentation standards with accurate, timely, and complete recording and reporting.
