**Baylor Scott and White is Now Hiring PRN Operating Room Float Pool Day**
**Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm (depending on surgeries)**
-Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room Exp experience
-3 shifts per 6 -week self-scheduling cycle, including 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year
Hill Country Region floats to: Marble Falls and Lakeway
-Self-scheduling
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Registered Nurse (RN) Float is a licensed professional who uses the BSWH nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response. The RN promotes safe passage for their patients by using knowledge of patient needs and the healthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcare encounte...
