As an Associate Trust Officer, you will report to the Associate Vice-President, Trust Services, and manage various estate accounts. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with legal and operational teams and resolving complex inquiries. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver accurate administration of trust and estate accounts • Take ownership of client inquiry resolutions • Work with Compliance and Operations on issues • Participate in audit activities as required • Build partnerships with COIs such as accountants
