Rigging Manager for Encore Events
Job Description
Lead the management of rigging events with Encore in a dynamic venue environment. Oversee designs, safety compliance, and team supervision for successful productions in your region.
As a Rigging Manager, you will guide and develop rigging teams while ensuring the safety and efficiency of installations. Collaborate with the Area Manager and operations teams for seamless rigging solutions. Your experience in the entertainment sector and knowledge of CAD software will be critical to executing exceptional events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rigging designs per weight load limits
• Supervise and develop Rigging Coordinators and crew
• Conduct site inspections for safety compliance
• Coordinate labor and equipment for events
• Assist in creating ENCORE produced shows
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years rigging experience in entertainment
• 2+ years managing rigging teams of 10+
• Knowledge of CAD software for rigging analysis
