RFP Analyst (Canada)

The Opportunity

The RFP Analyst plays a key role in helping Avantor win contracts by preparing, coordinating, and managing bids, tenders, or proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), or other procurement solicitations. The role is responsible for the overall completion of the bid from start to finish.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales functions, or equivalent work experience.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in bid or proposal management, sales, or procurement.

Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including V‑Lookup, Pivot Tables, and manipulation of large data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for formatting, proofreading, and integrating graphics.
• Strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
