We are looking for a Revenue Operations professional to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte, or remotely in other regions, with experience in complex B2B environments, systemic thinking, and structured, business‑oriented thinking.

What we expect from this person:

  • Experience as Revenue Operations / Sales Operations in growth environments
  • Lead the architecture and evolution of HubSpot as the central revenue system
  • Diagnose and act on funnel bottlenecks, focusing on increasing conversion rates
  • Structure and improve pipeline, forecast, and revenue predictability
  • Develop analyses to identify growth drivers (win rate, sales cycle, average ticket, churn, expansion)
