We are currently looking for a Revenue Director for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya (pre-opening).

This is a critical leadership role within a luxury environment, suitable for a strategic and commercially driven professional who can lead revenue strategy, drive performance, and shape the property's success from pre-opening through stabilization.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality
• Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable

Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably luxury resorts or all-inclusive properties
• Previous experience in a leadership role (Revenue Manager / Director level)
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable
