**What’s The Role**
To provide the best retail experience in our customers’ day by providing outstanding service and purchase recommendations, leading by example to your team members by living and demonstrating CWC values and work ethics. You will ensure store operational excellence through achievement of revenue targets, administrative efficiency, and process guidelines.

+ Lead by example in all customer interactions, demonstrating CWC values and behaviors.
