• Lead a team aligned with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Oversee the floor, covering all five pillars of the business: experience, product, community, operations, and people.
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performance team focused on delivering best-in-class guest experiences.
• Champion floor leadership and exceptional guest service, leading from the floor 80% of the week.
