Store Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company programs.
- Execute company policies and standards, holding the team accountable for store conditions and results.
- Deliver the sales plan/profit plan and other KPIs in alignment with annual performance objectives; manage the team to achieve role KPIs.
- Lead the execution of customer brand promises and implement shrink and safety programs to achieve goals.
- Use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals; provide overall management to team members and customers.
- Staff the store with qualified team members: hire, train, observe and coach the team to achieve results; lead performance management and disciplinary processes; identify talent and develop advancement.
