Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Newmarket, ON. The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the retail meat sector across Canada, with a primary focus on lamb and beef products. This role oversees the full sales cycle, develops strategic customer partnerships, and collaborates closely with procurement, logistics, and senior leadership to ensure profitable growth and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of imported and domestic lamb and beef products within the retail market across Canada.
