Retail / Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for a conscientious, hands‑on working supervisor to assist in the smooth running of our retail units within Central Fife, including the dining room and Grab & Go within Victoria Hospital and our café at Whyteman’s Brae hospital. The service covers breakfast and lunch along with a growing hospitality provision.

The Catering Supervisor Will

• Supervise daily activities within the retail catering service, dining room, Grab & Go and Whyteman’s Brae Café ensuring performance is maintained to the highest standards
• Motivate, support and train team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Work closely with chefs and assist in the kitchen when required
• Take a hands‑on approach at the servery, supporting service during busy periods
• Ensure all HACCP, food safety, health and safety and cash handling procedures are followed at all times
