Job Description
Enhance community engagement as a Retail Team Member with Goodwill Industries in St. Albert, Alberta. Deliver excellent customer service while merchandising and assisting customers in a friendly atmosphere.
This full-time role (25-37.5 hours/week) involves ensuring that store displays are inviting and merchandise is managed efficiently. You'll process purchases and interact with customers about store promotions. Work with a driven team that supports individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service in varied circumstances
• Hang, display, and merchandise new stock in the store
• Follow a stock rotation schedule and keep inventory fresh
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer purchases
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special sales
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• At least 15 years of age and eligible to work in Canada
