Our client, a leader in the logistic industry, is seeking a Retail/Shipping Resolution associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, computer knowledge, teamwork and a sense of urgency skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Shifts : Tue & Thur 17:00 - 20:00 & Saturday 8:45 -16:15
Pay rate : $17.60 per hour

• Serving customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Working to resolve problem shipments
• Building a positive relationship with customers; key contacts - vendors, building tenants, etc
