Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional guest services to all customers • Aid the Store Manager in operational tasks daily • Develop and mentor store staff effectively • Control shrinkage and manage expenses • Ensure merchandising and inventory practices align with policies
Requirements: • Willingness to work up to 38 hours per week • Minimum age of 18 • Previous retail or management experience necessary • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Stamina for standing and walking for more than 8 hours
