Key Responsibilities

• Manage building restoration projects from assessment and design through construction and project close-out
• Conduct site investigations, condition assessments, and technical review
• Prepare and review engineering reports, specifications, and restoration recommendations
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and a fee proposal
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
