Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required. 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain profits.
- Determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol and supplies.
- Monitor daily operations and revenues to determine labor costs.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Recruit, schedule and train staff.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Negotiate supply agreements with vendors.
- Lead and instruct staff.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
