Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required. 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain profits.
• Determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol and supplies.
• Monitor daily operations and revenues to determine labor costs.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit, schedule and train staff.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Negotiate supply agreements with vendors.
• Lead and instruct staff.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
