Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily workflows and restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, and supervise up to 4 team members
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Negotiate supplier arrangements as necessary
• Prepare reports and summaries for management
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in English communication
• Educational background in College or CEGEP
• Effective at managing operations under pressure
• Strong client-focused and interpersonal skills
