About the Role
We are working with a well-established, full-service mid-sized law firm in North York seeking a Residential Real Estate Private Lending & Mortgage Clerk to join its growing real estate group. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with lawyers, lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on a broad range of residential real estate and private lending transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing residential mortgage and private lending files from opening through to funding and reporting.
