You will ensure that all activities align with the company's standards and regulatory requirements while managing budgets and contractor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all site servicing and landscaping activities
• Review tender documents for quality and accuracy
• Ensure regular site visits for ongoing project oversight
• Maintain and develop project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders involved
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in residential site management
