The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. This is a client-facing role offering exposure to a broad range of transactions within a supportive firm that values professional development, collaborative working and high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions


• Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.


• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
