Resident Quality Technician – Batteries (Automotive Sector)

We are looking for a Plant Support Technician to work at our customer’s facilities in Vigo

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspections, testing, incident follow-up, and technical support related to electronic and electrical products, especially batteries .

Main Responsibilities

• Responding to customer requests at the assigned plant.
• Confirming and reporting any product anomalies within a maximum of 24 hours , generating an incident report.
• Performing inspections, testing, and diagnostics using tools such as multimeters, PCAN, wiring harnesses, etc.
• Executing sorting, rework, or return activities according to instructions from customer service engineers.
• Managing internal returns in strict compliance with plant SQE requirements and company engineering guidelines.
