In this role, you will be responsible for managing the property's daily operations, addressing tenant concerns, and coordinating maintenance staff. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities will be key in fostering positive tenant relations. You will also respond to emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation as part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee routine property management functions
• Provide first-line support for tenant issues
• Coordinate with tradespeople for maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Manage winter snow removal activities
Requirements:
• Background in property management or related experience
• General maintenance skills considered advantageous
• Multitasking and teamwork abilities needed
