Main Function

Reporting to the Manager of Resident Care, this position is responsible to direct, supervise, and coordinate services for Resident Care within a Program Area.

• Recruit, supervise, complete job performance reviews, manage attendance, train, educate, and discipline staff (Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers) across all shifts in accordance with CGS policy and practice.
