The Resident Advisor is responsible for creating an inclusive atmosphere and facilitating educational as well as social events. You'll work closely with other residence staff to resolve conflicts and ensure adherence to community standards.

• Facilitate monthly community-building programs and activities
• Enforce Residence Community Living Standards consistently
• Be visible and accessible to residents during scheduled shifts
