Responsibilities

• Provide support services that foster student learning, success, and strong student communities through meaningful orientation and transition experiences.
• Establish a climate that supports student-focused customer service and support.
• Support and contribute to implementation of the UBC Student Residential Experience, including residence life program curriculum, staff recruitment, supervision, training, development, and student leadership development.
• Be responsible for all aspects of student life in an on-campus residence area and live in assigned accommodation.
