Job Summary
Under supervision of Gross Anatomy Lab Team Lead, employee will provide support in the Gross Anatomy laboratory and other Gross Anatomy teaching areas.
Organizational Status
The UBC Body Donation Program, housed within the Department of Cellular & Physiological Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine, is a cornerstone of medical education and research in British Columbia and plays a fundamental role in supporting teaching in the Gross Anatomy Laboratory. Since 1950, the program has provided life-changing, hands-on anatomical training to more than 1,000 learners each year, including future doctors, dentists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Employee works from oral and written instructions or schedule and will report to Gross Anatomy Faculty Lead and the Team Lead to discuss new and unusual problems.
