Research and Outreach Project Facilitator

Job Summary

This position plays a lead role in supporting the Principal Investigator and Executive Committee to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives for the Cluster in Vision Research: From Molecules to Behavior to Society at UBC, based at the Eye Care Centre.

Work Performed

• Coordinate collaboration across investigators, trainees, staff, and external partners to support delivery of Vision Research Cluster research and training activities.
• Contribute to the development of research outputs, including grants, manuscripts, and collaboration materials, working closely with investigators.
• Identify funding opportunities and support proposal development and strategic planning.
• Oversee the delivery of research-related events and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with Cluster objectives and stakeholder needs.
