Responsibilities
Receive and process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
Verify policy information accurately
Collect and document claim details in the client's claims management system
Initiate the claims process and provide confirmation to customers
Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and give status updates on open claims
Requirements
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
A professionally structured CV in English
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on quality
