SERVPRO of Abbotsford is hiring a Restoration Contractor !

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities of our residential restoration and renovating projects from start to finish.
• Evaluate damage scope and prepare accurate bids and estimates for home construction or renovation projects utilizing proprietary software.
• Consult with customers, insurance adjusters, and engineers regarding restoration plans, specifications, and project approvals.
• Select, hire, and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating, electrical, and drywall repair during the reconstruction phase.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the daily activities of internal restoration crews and external subcontractors.
