Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hormone prescriptions and surgical referrals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care
• Support patients' gender journeys effectively
• Advocate for system improvements in care access
Requirements:
• CPSA license in good standing
• CMPA coverage for practice in Alberta
• Interest and commitment to gender-affirming care
