~We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to take ownership of product quality across our SaaS platform.
This role goes beyond traditional testing — you'll work at the intersection of QA, customer experience, and AI to ensure the product truly serves its users.
User-Centric QA: Partner with Support to analyze tickets and bug reports, translate feedback into structured test scenarios, and collaborate with Marketing to align product experience with user expectations.
• AI-Assisted Testing: Use AI tools to accelerate test case generation, exploratory testing, bug triage, and documentation.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into QA workflows.
