Lead multiple hospitality sites remotely as a Project Manager. This role focuses on system improvements, operational frameworks, and high-performance standards across diverse locations.
We are seeking a strategic Project Manager with substantial experience in hospitality or remote site management. You will innovate and implement scalable systems while fostering a culture of accountability. This position demands strong leadership and operational expertise, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design scalable systems for operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams across remote locations
• Standardize SOPs and improve service delivery
• Monitor KPIs and coach site leaders
• Implement financial stewardship and emergency preparedness plans
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality or remote operations
• Post-secondary education in business or hospitality
• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
