Remote HEDIS Outreach Specialist

BCforward is looking for a HEDIS Coordinator (Remote) to assist in closing care gaps for high-risk members. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in HEDIS/QARR and be skilled in customer service, outbound calling, and have a healthcare background.

This temporary position offers a pay rate of $20.50/hr on a contract to hire basis. Responsibilities include conducting call outreach and maintaining data integrity, with a focus on supporting quality initiatives.
