Remote Desktop Support Analyst - Chile (L1-2)

Safebox is hiring a remote Desktop Support Analyst in Chile to handle first and second level support for clients, including remote installation of PCs and upgrades.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a business environment, proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft O365 and configuring Windows 10 and 11. The role demands great communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Compensation ranges from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 per month.
