Job Description
Become a key culinary player as a Baker/Breakfast Cook in Northern Manitoba's remote camp operations with Dexterra Group. Enjoy a work-life balance with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule.
As a full-time Baker/Breakfast Cook, you will specialize in preparing baked goods and ensuring overall quality in food preparation for a camp setting. Strong cooking experience is essential, alongside a current Food Safe certificate. Supervision skills for night shifts and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety are also important to the role, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake quality goods from scratch daily
• Restock pastry shelves and monitor supplies
• Create and follow recipes to ensure consistency
• Oversee night shift staff and provide culinary training
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
