Remote AR & Collections Specialist

JumpCloud is looking for an AR & Collections Associate to support the Credit & Collections Manager. This fully remote role requires candidates to be located in Mexico. You will manage B2B accounts, contact clients regarding overdue invoices, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, with 1-2 years' experience in accounts receivable preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English.
