Elevate customer engagement with RentWorks as a Remote Account Manager in North America. Focus on account growth, relationship management, and upselling innovative features.
This position is designed for an experienced Account Manager with expertise in SaaS sales or Customer Success. You will nurture existing relationships and facilitate the transition to RentWorks+. Your role requires strong consultative selling skills, helping ensure customer satisfaction and software adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with current RentWorks customers
• Serve as the main contact for designated accounts
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional features
• Introduce customers to RentWorks+ and drive migration
• Conduct regular reviews to analyze operational needs
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS sales
• Proven success in growing customer accounts
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
