Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)
Stanford Healthcare is seeking a genetic counselor, ABGC board certified / eligible and with a California genetic counselor license or temporary license to join the Stanford Cancer Genetics clinic in the Cancer Center. This is a relief position intended to be 20 - 30 hours per week. The Cancer Genetics Clinic at Stanford is a team of 11 genetic counselors, four physicians and one advanced practice provider providing care to patients with a personal and/or family history of cancer. In this clinical role, the genetic counselor will meet with patients by video visit, alone or accompanied by another medical provider, to gather clinical and family history information and to provide risk assessment for hereditary cancer syndromes.
