Rehabilitation Consultant psychiatrist

We have an excellent permanent job opportunity for a Rehab Consultant working for a private secure service based in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time role covering 18-20 patients on low secure ward.

Salary: £154,000 per annum + £8.4k car allowance

Position: Rehabilitation Consultant

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Rehabilitation ward 16-18 Rehab low secure beds

Location: Middlesbrough

Responsibilities

• Providing RC and consultant psychiatrist input to inpatients in specialist services (18-20 inpatients)


• Participation in a low frequency second‑on‑call regional medical rota


• Assessing new referrals to ensure that the service meets the needs of those who are appropriately admitted.
