Regulatory & Customs Compliance Specialist

About the Role:The ideal candidate must be able to manage outsourced manufacturers and independently handle regulatory operations with minimal supervision.This role requires practical experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT Certification systems, and a hands-on approach to working with brokers, suppliers, and government agencies.Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage all operational tasks related to IMMEX / PROSEC bonded programs, including import/export documentation, customs compliance, and vendor management.
- Handle government-related documentation such as VAT certifications, permits, licenses, and sectorial program approvals.
- Work with customs brokers to ensure accurate declarations and tax/duty benefits under IMMEX and PROSEC.
- Troubleshoot problems across outsourced manufacturing operations, bonded logistics, and regulatory gaps.
