A leading multinational company in its industry is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist.What are we looking for?
We are looking for our next Regulatory Specialist who will support the regulatory manager with day-to-day activities to achieve Company's objectives and enable business growth and continuity.Key responsibilities - Assure formula regulatory compliance with LATAM regulations (food additives limits).
- Review and approve artworks following regional regulations (food & beverages labeling regulations, Front of Pack Labeling Regulations, Nutrition Labeling, etc.).
- Review advertising and promotional materials according to regional regulations (consumer protection law, advertising & promotional regulations, kids restrictions) - Give follow up to regulatory procedures (documents request of Health Authorities, sanitary registers in the region, power of attorney, letters, notifications, Certificates of Free Sale, etc.) - Ensure regulatory approval for business initi...
