Job Description

Join the Central Zone health team as a Registered Prosthetic Technician. Deliver high-quality prosthetic care in a full-time capacity at Nova Scotia Rehabilitation.
In this integral role at QEII, you'll collaborate closely with a Certified Prosthetist to provide comprehensive care to both outpatients and inpatients. Your proficiency in evaluating needs, designing customized prostheses, and managing patient caseloads will shape mobility outcomes while ensuring safety and comfort for users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient needs for prosthetic devices
• Create and fabricate individualized limb prostheses
• Collaborate with health professionals for optimal care

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Prosthetic/Orthotic Technician Program
