Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – 18-Month Maternity Leave Contract

Location: Springwater, ON

Position Summary

The Registered Practical Nurse will work alongside physicians and administrative staff to provide clinical support, patient education, and coordinated care in a fast-paced family practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, including vital signs and health histories
• Administer injections and immunizations
• Assist physicians with procedures as required
• Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions
• Manage recalls, referrals, and lab results follow-up
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked and prepared
