Southbridge Care Homes seeks a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for part time hours. Bring your nursing skills to enhance the lives of residents through comprehensive care and monitoring.
This part time position reports to the Director of Care and requires a commitment to high standards of resident care. You will assess health conditions, develop care plans, and ensure effective communication within the caregiving team. Your leadership will help guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional services in long-term care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing practices in line with physicians' orders
• Monitor and document residents' health status
• Oversee and direct nursing staff activities
• Participate in the training and orientation of new staff
• Promote adherence to health care best practices
