Overview

Job Title: RN - Wound, Ostomy & Continence

Location: Sarnia and London, ON

Schedule: Full-Time

Weekdays: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate of Pay: $48.50 to $56.50

Area of Work

Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the City of Sarnia and Lambton County, and surrounding areas. Virtual visits might be expected to be made if appropriate.

Availability

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional work outside of these hours may be required at the request of your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients in the community.
• Deliver advanced wound care treatments, including debridement, according to clinical best practices and organizational protocols.
