Registered Nurse - Unit 3D3, Plastics & Gen Surg Float Pool

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive patient and family centered care on an acute surgical unit in accordance with the UAH and AHS policy and procedures. The 3D3 Plastic and General Surgery unit is responsible for providing staffing to nine 18+ bed units consisting of Plastic/Reconstructive and General Surgery patients. We strive to provide quality care to patients received from the operating room, emergency department, intensive care unit and directly from home and/or surgery clinics in addition to caring for patients received from other departments within the hospital from time to time. Decisions are made in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.
